| At PoshWoman.com we fully stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item (except Create Your Own Ring and Clearance Items which are non-refundable) to us within 20 days of our shipment date and we'll be happy to refund you with cash* or PoshWoman.com credit. If you have received defective or incorrect merchandise, please follow the procedures below and we'll replace the item for you at no cost.

| Step 1 | Submit Your Return Information
Click here to access our Returning An Item page. You can also access this page by going to "My Account" then "Returning An Item". On this page, click on "Register Your Return" to access the Return Form where you will be required submit your return information.
Should you have any question on how to complete this Return Form, please contact through email at support@poshwoman.com. | | Step 2 | Pack the item(s) carefully in order to avoid damages
Pack your return item(s) carefully in the same secured manner as when it was received to avoid damages. All complimentary jewellery boxes and free promotional gift items must be returned with the product. You DO NOT need to include our original invoice with the returned product(s).
| | Step 3 | Ship your return item(s) via traceable Royal Mail (UK) or Royal Mail/FedEx (International) shipment
Fill out the Royal Mail/FedEx Air Waybill and pack your return item(s) using a Royal Mail/FedEx's parcel only. When filling Royal Mail/FedEx's Airway Bill, DO NOT write PoshWoman, jewellery, diamonds, gemstones, watch or other luxury-product related words anywhere, as this can easily invite theft.
After packing your returned item(s), ship the parcel insured and prepaid in any Royal Mail Jiffy or FedEx Drop Box or at any post office where Royal Mail/FedEx drop-off service is available. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. Please use the following return shipping address when filling out the Royal Mail/FedEx Air Waybill.

Once your Royal Mail/FedEx's parcel has been dropped off, please log-in to submit your Royal Mail/FedEx's Tracking Number using the relevant link on the Contact-Us page. Please note that this final step must be completed within 20 days of our shipment date.

Return Process and Conditions |
While PoshWoman.com operates a "Refund-or-Replace" return policy, we will process your returns only if the return process is completed within 20 days from the shipment date listed on your order's Royal Mail/FedEx Air Waybill. For avoidance of doubt, the return process will be deemed completed only when the return parcel has been shipped and its Royal Mail/FedEx Air Waybill (Tracking) Number is submitted in the final step of the Return Form. PoshWoman.com reserves the right to reject the returned item if you have not completed the Return Form.
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, our laboratory will inspect and verify the condition of the item(s) once we receive the return. Returned merchandise must be undamaged and in "new and unused" condition to be acceptable for refund or replacement. "New and unused condition" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes. For jewellery purchases, the original PoshWoman.com security tags should remain attached and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. Merchandise purchased from the Create Your Ring range and Clearance Sections are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
The returned parcel must be packed in the same secured manner as when it was received and shipped via Royal Mail/FedEx only. Badly packed items will not be accepted. Complimentary jewellery boxes and all promotional gift items associated with the returned product must be returned in the same package. The shipping fee associated with the returned delivery, otherwise stated herein, is at the customer's own cost.
Given our status as a leading gem and jewellery company, we are one of very few companies that can offer you a flexible return policy WITHOUT any restocking fee. PoshWoman.com will issue a full refund deducting certain applicable charges including (but not be limited to) shipping fee, insurance fee, and all fees associated with Add-on Services. In addition, the reverse transaction fee generated by your payment provider will be deducted from the refunded amount. Once your order has been processed, refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase (in case of a refund-for-cash).
PoshWoman.com will cover the shipping fee and any applicable insurance fee (from the UK) if the refund is for credit with PoshWoman.com. Should this credit be converted into cash at a later date, such a fee will be deducted from the refund amount. PoshWoman.com will not be responsible for merchandise that is not actually received or that is not returned in accordance with our Return Policy and we reserve the right to reject returned item(s) if the above conditions are not met.
A refund is normally processed within 15 days after we have received your return items. If you have not received your refund after 3 weeks of the shipment date, please contact our friendly Customer Service Team at support@poshwoman.com.
| Defective or Incorrect Product(s) |
If you've received defective or incorrect merchandise, you should immediately report the case directly to our Customer Support Team at support@poshwoman.com as soon as possible. On receiving your message we will provide you with instructions for how to send the item(s) back to us. PoshWoman.com will cover shipping and insurance charges associated with such returns. As with other returns, the Return Form must be completed within the 20 days from our shipment date. On receiving defective or incorrect merchandise, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible at no extra cost. | | |
